Company Overview
Construction Advisory Services Ltd. is a multi-disciplinary practice providing both Quantity Surveying and Project Management services throughout the Caribbean. The Company began its operation with Mr. Felix Borde and Mr. Victor Hart, both of whom collaborated on several projects in the 1970’s in Trinidad, and over the intervening years developed a close working relationship. Mr. Rufus G. Bethel joined the company as a full time staff in 2004 after completing a BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management, and obtaining over two years work experience in the United Kingdom. He recently became a director of the company in 2009, and has recently successfully completed a postgraduate certificate programme in Construction Law. CAS is based in Grenada but has recently worked extensively within the Caribbean region including; the British Virgin Island, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad & Tobago and Montserrat.
