- Brief Description:
- The design included a four floors state of the art, modern office complex building, including structural steel and RC frame with external glazing façade. Fully air-conditioned; including FF&E, elevator and stand-by generator. The contract used was JCT 2005 revision 2007 and was tendered out using the traditional form of procurement.
